The moon probe Chandrayaan-3, launched on 14 July 2023, successfully completed its moon-landing mission to which COIM contributed with its Novacote – Coiminks extrusion primer PR8099 manufactured in India.
COIM, an Italian multinational that has manufactured chemical products since 1962 and that operates all over the world through nineteen manufacturing and trading companies, lands on the moon also through the collaboration of its Indian trading partner M/s Uma polymer ltd.
The moon probe Chandrayaan-3, launched on 14 July 2023, successfully accomplished its mission of landing on the lunar surface also thanks to COIM. The Indian subsidiary of COIM provided its partner M/s Uma polymer ltd with the Novacote-Coiminks extrusion primer PR8099, produced locally, to manufacture flexible hoses that ensure the air supplied to the launch vehicles is clean and cool. These solutions have been used by ISRO (Indian Space Research Organisation) in the past 50 missions, including Chandrayaan-3.
